RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS
For non-sale items, Via Gioberti accepts returns of any online purchases within 14 days of the order being dispatched. A refund or exchange can be provided upon receipt of the items to be returns and the receipt of purchase. Via Gioberti can only accept returns for any full-priced items. Sale items, items without tags or items that appear to have been worn, will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Please note that prior to packing and dispatching an order, all items are personally inspected and checked for damage.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Items must be full priced and current season to be returned for exchange or refund. Items that are current season but have been discounted via a promo code can still be returned for exchange or refund given that they are returned within 14 days of dispatch.
Items must be in original condition with labels and tags attached. Items without tags or appear to have been worn, will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Shipping for returns will be at the cost of the customer. Via Gioberti will not accept any responsibility for costs of return shipping unless the item is deemed faulty.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
Please complete the Returns Form and include within the parcel.

Alternatively, you are welcome to deliver the returns in person to the store at 26 Ferguson Street, Williamstown, Victoria, 3016. A returns Form still must be completed.
Should you require a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to the credit or debit card that it was originally purchased on.

Should your item be deemed as faulty, please complete the process for returns and we will be in contact with a refund or exchange.
